It's time to lose weight :)

Proljeće nam uveliku stiže, a samim tim je vrijeme da počnemo topiti kile koje smo stekli prilikom zime i praznika. Ja ću da vam predstavim jednu od metoda koju ja trenutno koristim za mršavljenje. Veliki sam protivnik izgladnjivanja, to jest dijeta. Mislim da se može smršaviti i bez toga. Sada ću vam prikazati šta ja koristim da bih postigla željenu kilažu.

I will introduce to you one of the methods that I currently use for weight loss. I am a big opponent of starvation, that is diet. I think you can lose weight without it. Now I'll show you what I use in order to achieve the desired weight.





1. Potreban vam je limun. Limun iscijedite i dodajete vode onoliko čaša koliko ste iscijedili limuna. Znači ako ste iscijedili 3 limuna, dodajete 3 čaše vode. Moja preporuka jeste da prvi dan ne pretjeruje da ovim i da je dovoljan samo jedan limun, onda sebi postepeno povečavate. Kada dođete do 6 limuna dnevno, onda idete unazad. Nakon što opet dođete do 1 limuna, pauzirate sa konzumiranjem ovog napitka.

2. Nakon što ste iscijeli limun, dodali mlake vode u sve to potrebno je da narendate đumbira. Što se tiće količine đumbira, to odredite sami. Sve zavisi koliko jako možete podnijeti.

3. Na kraju sve to naspete u bokal i po želji možete dodati malo mente ili cimeta, ako mislite da je potrebno. Napitak pijete ujutro koliko god možete popiti, a ostatak pijete cijeli dan, a posebno prije obroka.

Pored ovog uvedite neku fizičku aktivnost. To može biti trčanje, šetanje ili neke od vježbi koje možete raditi doma.
